Nadir Contractor
Nadir began his luxury hospitality career in the Indian subcontinent, climbing the ranks at various Marriott properties, and played a key role in the pre-opening of two renowned W Hotels, including W Dubai - The Palm. He led the launch of two luxury hotels on Zanzibar island, focusing on exceptional service, community empowerment, and fairness in all his endeavors.

Madison brings extensive marketing expertise, having managed global accounts with a strong presence in Zanzibar, and leverages her deep understanding of social media to engage target demographics effectively. Her network of content creators and influencers boosts property visibility in key niches, driving increased bookings and success.

Roman, a native of Zanzibar, brings extensive local knowledge and a strong reputation from his work with luxury hotels and standalone restaurants.
