Johari Beach is the first of its kind on the Zanzibar Archipelago - a serviced residential boutique property set in the tranquil village of Kizimkazi. Designed to blend modern living with timeless island charm, the property features unique architecture, landscaped gardens, and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean from every unit. The resort comprises 10 double-storey villas (2- and 3-bedroom options) and 13 suites (1- and 2-bedroom options), complemented by exceptional amenities including a restaurant, e-butler concierge, co-working space, gym, infinity pools, and a lounge area.
Hard Launch Hospitality partnered with the developer early in the project’s construction phase, consulting on layout and operational flow to ensure an efficient guest and staff experience. This included optimizing back-of-house spaces, housekeeping access, and storage placement - setting the foundation for smooth operations from day one.
