Hard Launch Hospitality was brought on as the hospitality and operations partner well in advance to ensure a seamless transition from development to full operations. This allowed us to advise on critical operational details while still in the construction phase - from storage space to service flow - to set the foundation for exceptional guest experiences.

Final Countdown: Prepping for Launch

As the Johari Developers team finishes up all the last construction touches, the property is quickly transforming into the luxury beachfront escape it was designed to be.

Landscaping is well underway, turning the grounds into lush, livable luxury.

Meanwhile, shipments of operational essentials and custom amenities are arriving - from electronic key card door locks to our full hotel reservation and channel management systems, every detail is being put in place to support smooth, guest-ready operations.

Our core leadership team - General Manager, Head Chef, and Head of Finance have already arrive on-site and are in motion. Interviews for local staff have started, and the team that will run the daily operations of JBR is coming together.

With the finishing touches now in progress, we're just a few shipments away from full completion - and final prep is underway to welcome our very first guests.
